LAUREN ODQUIST
Managing Partner
Lauren joined SRLT in the fall of 2018. She brings a unique twist to our group, as she has a diverse understanding of oil and gas with experience in accounting, drilling operations, as well as land. Lauren is a former college athlete for the University of Tulsa, where she played softball and graduated cum laude. She later received her Masters in Energy and Legal Studies from Oklahoma City University, graduating with honors.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys being active, whether it's at the gym, cycling, rucking, or hiking. You can usually find her and her husband, David at the lake with their two dogs during the summer.
DEREK WILLIAMSON
Managing Partner
Derek is one of the founding partners of SRLT. Derek has been in the oil and gas industry in some capacity for 25 years, from land acquisitions to cased hole completions and from title to service operations. Derek has a BS in mechanical engineering and is a member of the Society for Petroleum Engineers.
In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors and raising cattle on his ranch. Derek also volunteers as a mentor to through several local groups for both high school and college age students.

TONY GOSSETT
Operations Manager
Tony is a Petroleum Engineering Professional with over 20 years of success in both small and multi-million exploration and development operations. He has built and maintained consistent year to year growth in production and cost reduction while maintaining a high level of safety achievement and regulatory compliance.
Tony's experience includes operations (drilling, completion, production, and facilities), project management, reservoir and mature field optimization, acquisitions and divestitures.
TERRY BROWN
Project Manager
A developer and builder, Terry has directed and managed several billion dollars of residential housing and commercial construction. His knowledge and skill levels are exceptional, and he has managed multi-family and infrastructure projects with hundreds of workers as well as premium quality custom builds. Terry builds housing that meets the highest standards for smart energy use and conservation.
MADISON BEAM
Marketing Manager
Madison joined SRLT in 2019. She graduated from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with a degree in communication, where she discovered a way of combining her love of art with visual communication to create eye-catching graphics and marketing.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son and traveling.
